ABOUT
On vacation in Europe, the founder of Medieval Brewing, Tim Lencioni, was able to experience breweries and Abbeys specializing in Belgian and German beers. He tried one, then another and another, amazed by the variety, the aromas, and the flavors. He was hooked.
Back home, Tim couldn’t stop day dreaming about those beers. While visiting many breweries here state side, Tim and his wife found it difficult to find the Belgian and German beers they fell in love with. “If you can’t find it, MAKE IT”. He turned his homebrewing efforts towards Belgian and German style beers. “I want to make big beers, delicious beers with historic taste, beers with color, flavor, aroma and body for my family, friends and like beer lovers.”
Tim started increasing his beer menu and brewing scale and soon realized it made since to start a brewery. Currently, our focus is contract/wholesale brewing and for special events.
What began as a vision between family and friends has evolved into a craft brewery paying tribute to timeless Old-World traditions while exploring the endless flavor combinations that push the boundaries of the brewing norm. Our quest is to share Old-World flavors and our innovative creations with people that will appreciate, indulge and share our passion.

Belgian 9.5% ABV A divinely complex and beautifully layered beer with hints of dark cherries, raisins, and light vanilla, complemented by an underlying spiciness. Sinfully smooth considering the high alcohol content. This medium body, slight creamy character finishes with some residual sweetness and a hint of bourbon soaked oak. |
